size guide
AC clothing is designed to fit young women; sized larger than most junior
lines, but not as large as many typical women's lines. see below for details,
and feel free to email AC with specific questions!

tops
generally, going by the bust measurement is sufficient in finding the right size
top for you;  however, it may not be a sufficient guide if it's a fitted blouse
with no stretch, or you have an exceptionally large bust or long or short
torso, wide or narrow shoulders, or other specific issues with fit.

bust: 32-33 - x-small
34-35 - small
36-37 - medium
38-40 - large
41-42- x-large

skirts and pants
often, going by the hip measurement alone is sufficient in finding the right
size skirt for you. if you want to be extra sure of getting the right fit,
consider the following: if you wear a skirt low on the waist, as is the modern
style, the easiest way of determining the waist size of the skirt or pants you
want is to first measure your natural waist (the very narrowest part of your
torso, usually about 1" above your bellybutton), and then your hips (the very
fullest part around your butt and hips). take the number right in the middle
of those two measurements and you have the waist measurement of the
skirt or pants you want. go up or down an inch or two to raise or lower the
waistline. with the waist measurement, the size (determined by the hip
measurement), and the length as your guides, choose the size that's best
for you.

hip: 33-35- x-small
36-37- small
38-39 - medium
40-42- large
43-45- x-large
